PostNL - Parcel post

If all the products you ordered are in stock, PostNL will deliver your order to the delivery address you provided the next day. Delivery can take place on weekdays and Saturdays between 08:30 and 18:00.

Track & Trace

As soon as your parcel arrives at the PostNL sorting centre, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your parcel. You can use this link to check the status and time of delivery of your parcel.

Not at home?

Then the parcel will be delivered to your immediate neighbours. Is this not possible either? Then the parcel will be delivered to a PostNL location near you. The postman will leave you a card with a ‘non-home code’. With this code you can see on track & trace where and when you can pick up your parcel. It is important to collect the parcel from the PostNL location within one week, otherwise it will be returned to us.

Do you still want to have your parcel delivered back home? You have until 23:59 to pass this on. You can choose from different dates and time slots.

Netherlands

We deliver orders from € 49.00 (excluding shipping costs) within the Netherlands free of charge.
Shipping costs for orders from € 25.00 to € 49.00 are € 3.95 including VAT within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs for orders of less than € 25.00 are € 6.95 including VAT within the Netherlands.

Products ordered on weekdays before 16:00 will be dispatched the same day. Our products are delivered by PostNL to the address you provide. After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace number.

Other countries

Deliveries to Belgium and Luxembourg usually take two to three working days, other countries, 3-7 working days.

Shipping costs are charged only once, even if a delivery is made in different parts due to technical or logistical reasons.
