Ordering in our webshop

On our webshop riverwoodpetfood.com, you can easily order all Riverwood products online. The products offered on this website are in most cases in stock. The ordering process consists of a few simple steps described below. If you experience any problems placing an order, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you. All prices shown on this website include VAT.

Step 1: shopping cart

By clicking “order,” the product you selected will be placed in your personal shopping cart. You then have the option to order multiple items of this product, continue shopping, or proceed to the next step.

Step 2: contact information

To order products in our webshop, it is not necessary to fill in your details. This information is sent to us via a secure connection (you can recognize a secure connection by the padlock and https in your browser’s address bar). We recommend registering as a customer, but it is of course not mandatory. As a registered customer, you benefit from several advantages such as special promotions, offers and newsletters, order tracking, easy reordering of a previous order, etc.

Step 3: address details

For correct delivery, you must provide a delivery address in addition to your billing address. By default, we assume this is the same as the billing address. If different, you can change this by deselecting the checkbox.

Step 4: selecting a service point

Our products are sold by pet specialty stores. We ask you to designate a retailer near you as your personal service point. If there is an issue with your shipment, you can go to this store for service. This way, you don’t have to return the shipment to us, and we contribute to a cleaner environment. If we cannot offer a service point, please choose Riverwood Nederland as the service point.

Step 5: shipping method

On this page, you can choose to have the shipment delivered to your home or pick it up at the service point you selected. Unfortunately, pickup at Riverwood Nederland is not possible; in that case, you only have the option of home delivery.

Step 8: payment

The payment for your products is handled by our payment provider Buckaroo, in cooperation with your bank or credit card company.
