In our online store, riverwoodpetfood.com, you can easily order all Riverwood products online. The products offered on this website are usually in stock. The ordering process consists of several simple steps, which are described below. If you experience any problems placing an order, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help. All prices displayed on this website include VAT.

Step 1: shopping cart

By clicking “order”, the product you selected is added to your personal shopping cart. You can then choose to order multiple items of this product, continue shopping, or proceed to the next step.

Step 2: contact information

It is not necessary to enter your details to order products from our online store. These details are sent to us via a secure connection (you can recognize a secure connection by the padlock and https in your browser’s address bar). We recommend registering as a customer, but this is of course not mandatory. As a registered customer, you benefit from a number of advantages, such as special promotions, offers and newsletters, tracking orders, and easily reordering a previous order.

Step 3: address details

If there is a problem with your shipment, you can go to this store for assistance. This means you do not have to return the shipment to us, and we help contribute to a cleaner climate. If we cannot offer a service point, choose Riverwood Nederland as your service point.

Step 5: shipping method

On this page, you can choose to have the shipment delivered to your home or collect it from the service point you selected. Unfortunately, collection from Riverwood Nederland is not possible; in that case, home delivery is your only option.
