Shipping

If all the products you ordered are in stock, we process and ship orders placed with us before 15:00 on business days on the same day. We try to ship orders as complete as possible.

If, unexpectedly, a product you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will always contact you. We will then discuss a suitable replacement product or refund the relevant amount.

Shipping costs by country

Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds vary by country. The table below shows the shipping rate for each destination and the order amount from which your order will be shipped free of charge.

The thresholds for free shipping are calculated based on the order amount excluding any shipping costs and additional delivery options.

Estimated delivery time by country

The table below shows the estimated delivery time after your order has been shipped.

The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary around holidays, during busy periods, or due to delays with the carrier.

PostNL (& partners) – parcel delivery

Orders weighing more than 10 kilograms are shipped with PostNL. Delivery generally takes place on weekdays and Saturdays between 08:30 and 18:00.

All orders to Belgium are shipped with PostNL by default.

DHL (& partners) – parcel delivery

Orders weighing up to 10 kilograms are shipped with DHL. Delivery generally takes place on weekdays and Saturdays between 08:30 and 18:00.

Evening delivery

If you choose evening delivery, an additional surcharge will be charged. For orders up to and including € 25, the total shipping costs are € 8.95. For orders above € 25 and below € 49, the total is € 5.95. For orders of € 49 or more, you pay € 1.95 for evening delivery.

Evening delivery is only available when this delivery option is offered during checkout.

Track & Trace

As soon as the carrier has processed your package, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. You can use it to view the current delivery status and, when available, the expected delivery time.

Are you not at home?

If you are not at home, the carrier may deliver the package to your neighbors or to a pickup point near you. The Track & Trace information shows where your package was delivered and when you can collect it.

Always collect the package within the specified storage period. Once this period has expired, the package may be returned to us. If the carrier offers this option, you can also choose a different delivery date, delivery location, or time slot via Track & Trace.

Delivery in the Netherlands

For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are € 5.95. Orders from € 35 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery in Belgium

For orders to Belgium, shipping costs are € 6.95. Orders from € 49 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery in Germany

For orders to Germany, shipping costs are € 6.95. Orders from € 79 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery to other European countries

Deliveries to France, Spain, Italy, and Luxembourg generally take two to three business days after dispatch. For the other available European destinations, the expected delivery time is three to five business days. The actual delivery time may vary by destination and carrier.

For the remaining European countries, free shipping applies from the order value stated in the table above.

Delivery to Malta

Direct delivery to Malta is currently unavailable. Please contact us if you would like an order shipped to Malta, so that we can explore the available options.

Delivery outside Europe

Our delivery terms and shipping rates for countries outside Europe are available on request. Please contact us in advance. We will then determine how to ship your order as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

Partial deliveries

We always try to ship your order in one go. If an order is delivered in multiple parts for technical or logistical reasons, shipping costs will only be charged once.
