If all products you ordered are in stock, we process and ship orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM the same day. We try to ship orders as completely as possible.
If it unexpectedly occurs that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will always contact you. We will then discuss a suitable replacement product or refund the corresponding amount.
Shipping costs per country
Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary by country. For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, free shipping applies from the order amount stated below. For other countries, a fixed shipping rate applies and free shipping is not available.

The thresholds for free shipping are calculated based on the order amount excluding any shipping costs and additional delivery options.
Expected delivery time per country
In the table below, you will find the expected delivery time after your order has been shipped.

The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary around holidays, during busy periods, or due to delays with the carrier.
PostNL (& partners) – parcel post
Orders weighing more than 10 kilograms are shipped with PostNL. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays and Saturdays between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
All orders to Belgium are standard shipped with PostNL.
DHL (& partners) – parcel post
Orders weighing up to 10 kilograms are shipped with DHL. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays and Saturdays between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
Evening delivery
If you choose evening delivery, an additional fee will be charged. For orders up to and including €25, the total shipping cost is €8.95. For orders over €25 and under €49, it is €5.95. For orders from €49, you pay €1.95 for evening delivery.
Evening delivery is only available when this delivery option is offered during checkout.
Track & Trace
As soon as your package is processed by the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. With this, you can view the current delivery status and, when available, the expected delivery time.
Not at home?
If you are not at home, the carrier can deliver the package to your neighbors or a pickup point near you. Via the Track & Trace information, you can see where your package was delivered and when you can pick it up.
Always pick up the package within the indicated storage period. After this period expires, the package may be returned to us. When the carrier offers this option, you can also choose a different delivery date, location, or time slot via Track & Trace.
Delivery in the Netherlands
For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5.95. Orders from €35 are shipped free of charge.
If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM and all products are in stock, we will ship your order the same day. The expected delivery time after shipment is one to two working days. After shipment, you will receive Track & Trace information by email.
Delivery in Belgium
For orders to Belgium, shipping costs are €6.95. Orders from €49 are shipped free of charge.
If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM and all products are in stock, we will ship your order the same day. The expected delivery time after shipment is one to two working days. After shipment, you will receive Track & Trace information by email.
Delivery in Germany
For orders to Germany, shipping costs are €6.95. Orders from €79 are shipped free of charge.
If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM and all products are in stock, we will ship your order the same day. The expected delivery time after shipment is one to two working days. After shipment, you will receive Track & Trace information by email.
Delivery in other European countries
Deliveries to France, Spain, Italy, and Luxembourg usually take two to three working days after shipment. For other European countries, the expected delivery time is three to five working days. Actual delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.
For the other countries listed in the table above, the stated fixed shipping rate applies. Free shipping is not available for these destinations.
Delivery outside Europe
Our delivery terms and shipping rates for countries outside Europe are available on request. Please contact us in advance for this. We will then review how to ship your order as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
Partial deliveries
We always try to ship your order in one go. When an order is delivered in multiple parts due to technical or logistical reasons, shipping costs are only charged once.
