Ordering and payment

Ordering from our online store:

You can easily order all Riverwood products online in our webshop at riverwoodpetfood.com. The products offered on this website are usually in stock. The ordering process consists of a few simple steps, which are described below. If you encounter any problems when placing an order, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to help you. All prices shown on this website include VAT.

Step 1: shopping cart

By clicking on ‘order’, the product you have selected will be placed in your personal shopping cart. You then have the choice to order multiple items of this product, continue shopping or proceed to the next step.

Step 2: contact information

You do not need to enter your details to order products from our webshop. This information is sent to us via a secure connection (you can recognise a secure connection by the padlock symbol and https in the address bar of your browser). We recommend that you register as a customer, but this is not mandatory. As a registered customer, you will enjoy a number of benefits, such as special promotions, offers and newsletters, order tracking, easy reordering of previous orders, etc.

Step 3: address details

To ensure correct delivery, you must provide a delivery address in addition to your billing address. By default, we assume that this is the same address as the billing address. If this is not the case, you can change it by deselecting the checkbox.

Step 4: Selecting a service point

Our products are sold by pet shops. We ask you to designate a retailer in your area as your personal service point. If there is something wrong with your shipment, you can contact this shop for service. This way, you do not have to return the shipment to us, and we contribute to a cleaner environment. If we cannot offer a service point, please choose Riverwood Netherlands as your service point.

Step 5: shipping method

On this page, you can choose to have the shipment delivered to your home or pick it up at your chosen service point. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order at Riverwood Netherlands, in which case you only have the option of home delivery.

Select your preferred payment method here.

Step 7: overview

You will see an overview of the products you have ordered, your billing address and delivery address. Check the details carefully one more time. If you agree with the information displayed, click on “continue”.

Step 8: payment

Payment for your products is handled by our payment provider Buckaroo, in collaboration with your bank or credit card company.
