Shipping

If all the products you have ordered are in stock, we will process and ship orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. on the same day. We try to ship orders in full as much as possible. In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is not in stock, we will always contact you to discuss a replacement product or a credit note.

PostNL - Parcel post

Your order will be shipped with PostNL. Delivery usually takes place on working days and Saturdays between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Track & Trace

As soon as your parcel arrives at the PostNL sorting centre, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your parcel. Via this link, you can view the status and estimated delivery time of your parcel.

Not at home?

The parcel will be delivered to your immediate neighbours as standard. If this is not possible, the parcel will be delivered to a PostNL location near you. In the PostNL app, you can use your track & trace code to see where and when you can pick up your parcel. It is important to pick up the parcel from the PostNL location within one week, otherwise it will be returned to us.

You have until 23:59 to request this. You can choose from different dates and time slots.

The Netherlands

We deliver orders from € 49,00 within the Netherlands free of charge. The shipping costs for orders from € 25,00 to € 49,00 within the Netherlands are € 3,95 including VAT. The shipping costs for orders under € 25,00 within the Netherlands are € 6,95 including VAT.

Products ordered on working days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Our products are delivered by PostNL to the address you specify. After shipment, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace number.

Other countries

Deliveries to Belgium and Luxembourg usually take two to three working days, other countries 3-7 working days. An overview of the shipping costs to other countries can be found below:

Our delivery terms for deliveries to non-European countries are available on request. We always try to deliver your order as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

Shipping costs are only charged once, even if a delivery is made in several parts due to technical or logistical reasons.
